Free Business Training for Diverse Entrepreneurs
Workshops and Cohorts that Move Ideas Forward
We run free training cohorts to help immigrants, BIPOC, and underserved entrepreneurs go from idea to action. In just a few sessions, participants gain confidence, clarity, and community support to take the first (or next) step in their business journey.
Each training series includes:
- Entrepreneurial mindset building
- Business model development (Lean Canvas)
- Marketing & branding essentials
- Digital tools & tech literacy
- Guest speakers and peer networking

Hands-On Support for Entrepreneurs with Limited Resources
One-on-One Help for Starting, Growing, and Sustaining Small Businesses
We provide free professional services to entrepreneurs who face financial, cultural, or technical barriers. This includes:

All services are delivered by bilingual experts who understand the cultural nuances and real-world challenges of starting a business as an immigrant or first-time entrepreneur.

Vamos! Scholarship for Latino Students
Supporting Latino Youth in Carver County, MN
The Vamos! Scholarship helps close the education gap by supporting Latino students in Carver County who are pursuing higher education, trade programs, or entrepreneurial paths. Our scholarships are designed not just as financial assistance, but as a symbol of hope, recognition, and support from their community.
We prioritize first-generation students and those committed to community leadership.
Impact Highlight:
Over $117,875 awarded since inception, with plans to grow annually.

Global Roots, Local Action:
Empowering Women and Artisans in Perú
We Support Producers, Creators, and Cooperatives in needed communities in Perú.
We bring our knowledge and network back home to Peru, supporting artisan cooperatives and fair-trade entrepreneurs in rural areas. Our assistance includes:

- Marketing and export readiness
- Support connecting to fair trade organizations
- Highlighting women entrepreneurs and indigenous artisans
