From Dreamers to Doers:
No-Cost Business Training for Diverse Entrepreneurs
Local Wealth Generation: High-Touch Business Support
We do not hand our entrepreneurs a textbook or lecture them from a stage. Our professional team works side-by-side with them to physically build their operational backbone.
Who We Serve: First-generation immigrant founders and Latino small business owners determined to scale independent, thriving enterprises.
Our Method: During intensive 1:1 sessions, we physically set up critical business systems—including automated workflows, digital marketing, tech/AI pipelines, and QuickBooks bookkeeping.
The Outcome: We deliver simple, mobile-friendly templates that busy founders can easily manage in minutes a week, giving them true digital autonomy, lower operational costs, and increased revenue.
Proven Experience: Backed by 5+ years of trusted field experience, we operate as established Professional Technical Assistance (PTA) providers delivering direct business support for major regional programs, including Elevate Hennepin and BTAP Minneapolis.
Ways to Support:
- Sponsor a cohort ($3,000–$5,000)
- Donate to support our cohorts
- Volunteer as a guest speaker or mentor
