The 2026 Vamos Impact Festival Fundraiser & Fair Trade Holiday Market brings together over 500 attendees, municipal officials, Latino business owners, and local families across Carver County and the Twin Cities. Choosing one of our 2026 Event Sponsorship Opportunities guarantees high-impact brand visibility, meaningful relationship-building with diverse communities, and full tax-deductibility under federal law.

Zeffy does not charge nonprofits any platform fees or transaction deductions. During checkout, Zeffy displays a voluntary contribution option to fund their operations. Frequently Asked Questions About 2026 Event Sponsorship Opportunities
Yes. Vamos Impact Nonprofit is an officially recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity. All sponsorships, grants, and philanthropic donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Upon completing your pledge through Zeffy or check, you will receive a formal tax receipt containing our Federal Tax ID (EIN) for your company’s corporate tax records.
Zeffy is 100% free for non-profit organizations and never charges administrative fees to Vamos Impact. When completing your sponsorship form on Zeffy, locate the ‘Support the 100% free platform’ section. Click the contribution dropdown, choose ‘Other’, and input ‘$0.00’. This ensures that 100% of your payment goes directly to our educational programs without any surcharge.
Yes. Many of our corporate partners prefer invoicing or paying by check. Checks should be made payable to ‘Vamos Impact Nonprofit’, Attention: Juan Llerena, and sent to 840 Sparrow Road, Waconia, MN with the memo ‘Sponsorship 2026’. If you require an invoice or an updated W-9 before cutting a check, please email info@vamosimpact.org or call 612-730-9520.
For Partner Level sponsors ($2,500) who receive logo inclusion on volunteer t-shirts and physical banner placement, vector logos (.AI, .EPS, or high-resolution .PNG) should be submitted no later than 3 weeks prior to the festival date to accommodate print turnaround. Digital placements, including website and big-screen projections, can be accepted until the week of the event.
Absolutely! In addition to monetary sponsorship packages, we warmly welcome in-kind partners who donate catering items, beverages, media services, printing, or items for our popular Silent Auction and Annual Raffle. In-kind donors receive proportional social media recognition and event branding. Please contact info@vamosimpact.org to coordinate.
100% of net proceeds from the Vamos Impact Festival & Fundraiser 2026 fund our two core pillars: the Vamos! Scholarship Fund, which provides collegiate and technical school scholarships to Latino youth in Minnesota, and NEGOCIOS – De la Idea a la Acción, a free bilingual entrepreneurship training program that equips Latino small business founders with business modeling, marketing, artificial intelligence, and financial skills.
